Increase the flow of air through the condenser; 2. Reduce the temperature of the air passing through the condenser; 3. The evaporator is usually arranged in the cab. Its function is to absorb heat from the cab and make the liquid refrigerant absorb heat and vaporize into gas of truck air conditioning .
When the compressor is running, the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant vapor generated in the evaporator is sucked and compressed, and then discharged into the condenser under high temperature and high pressure. It is cooled by the condensation fan. The cooled liquid refrigerant flows into the liquid receiver dryer from the bottom of the condenser.
After removing water impurities, the pure refrigerant is throttled, cooled and depressurized through the expansion valve. The low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant flows into the evaporator for heat absorption and refrigeration. The cold air is blown into the cab through the blower to reduce the temperature in the cab. The gaseous refrigerant is sucked into the compressor again after passing through the evaporator. In this way, the heat in the cab is transferred to the outside of truck air conditioning .
The core principle of air conditioning refrigeration is that the refrigerant is liquefied and exothermic in the condenser and vaporized and absorbed heat in the evaporator.
