Unreasonable buckle hook position: the buckle plays the role of tightening the ceiling and floor. Generally, the buckle belt shall be parallel to the cord fabric and perpendicular to the floor; The buckle of some vehicles is designed to buckle on the inner side of the side beam, which is not only inconvenient to operate, but also seriously affects the longitudinal tension of the buckle.
The curtain fabric of side curtain car is not only used for wind and rain protection, but also an important structural component. Whether in the design and manufacturing process or in the actual operation, it is necessary to ensure that the cord fabric is fully tensioned horizontally and longitudinally.
The side baffle connects the front wall, the rear door and the sliding column to form a complete frame structure, and cooperates with the cord fabric to provide side support for the carriage. But it also plays another important role – limiting the left and right swing of the sliding column.
(1) The side baffle is too short: since the side baffle needs to be disassembled frequently, enough installation clearance shall be reserved to facilitate disassembly; However, since the side baffle plays the role of limiting the shaking of the column, the gap should be as small as possible. Generally, the clearance between the two ends of the side baffle and the installation slot shall be within 5mm.
(2) No side baffle: as mentioned above, the side baffle is one of the core components of lateral support. The side curtain car without side baffle will inevitably cause damage to the sliding column, which should be absolutely avoided.
