Principle:

• The compressed air enters the hood from the air inlet and rotates at high speed along the tangential direction of the guide vanes. Water vapor, oil droplets, and other impurities mixed in the air are separated under centrifugal force and thrown to the inner wall of the hood, and flow downwards along the inner wall of the hood. The clean air after the removal of impurities is further filtered through the sleeve to remove tiny particles of impurities and clean compressed air is discharged from the outlet into the inflatable system channel. At this time, the needle-shaped body is released from the drainage channel and the drainage channel is in an open state. When the compressed air enters from the air inlet, the air pressure in the upper part of the elastic isolation plate in the inner cavity of the hood is greater than the air pressure in the lower part of the elastic isolation plate. At the same time, the air pressure inside the hood is higher than the external atmospheric pressure during the downward running of the elastic isolation plate, so the water, oil, and other liquid impurities stored in the cavity of the hood in the lower part of the elastic isolation plate are discharged into the atmosphere from the drainage channel.
