1. Test the operating mechanism- Shift Gear

  4. The deformation of the control mechanism is loose, so that the gear is not meshing at the position of tooth length.

(3) Transmission jump gear fault diagnosis

  1. When a gear jump gear is found, the gear lever is still hung into the gear, and then the transmission cover is removed to check the gear meshing. If the gear meshing is good, the gear shifting mechanism should be checked.
  2. Push the gear lever by hand. If there is no resistance or the resistance is small, it indicates that the self-locking device fails.
  3. If the gear is not fully engaged, check whether the fork is worn or deformed, and correct if bent.
  4. If the shift mechanism is good, check whether the gear is ground into a cone, whether the bearing is loose, if necessary, it should be removed for repair or replacement.
